Stuck in my inbox for 6 months!

, When I try to open one message in my inbox it states: Mesage cannot be
displayed. So, I try to delete it and a message comes up that says, Message
cannot be deleted. When I tried to reply back to the sender of the message it
says an unknown error has occured, message cannot be sent. I have been trying
for 6 months to delete this thing.. Nothing works!

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
