strong names

can you help me by pointing real samples which involves
BL,DA,DS architecture and "creating strong names" for the referenced DLLs

and compiling the same as a solution efficiently say if i have 50 DLLs all
to gether
i might also use interop like office,outlook,microsoft app building blocks,etc

any help would be more helpful
