"string STR_ERR_OS was not found in string table"

when i try to install supercache 2, the message is showing.
i guess this problem is caused by not installed .net framework, but i'm not
sure.
please help me!

Contact the software author for help with installing their program in Vista.
Is it Vista compatible?
