Strike through color

Can I change the color of the 'strike through' line? I'd like black font
lettering, but with a red strike through. Is this possible?
 
No--at least, not using Strikethrough formatting. You could create a colored
drawing line anchored to the text, but I'm sure that's way more trouble than
it's worth for your purposes.
