Stretch bottom task bar across two monitors?

I've been set up with two monitors at work, and it's great! Except
the Start menu / Task bar on the bottom only shows on one monitor.
Thsi causes window size problems if I pull an app from one monitor to
the other. Is there any way to get the bottom bar to stretch across
both monitors?

Thats how mine is setup, but it doesnt cause any such problems.
This may be caused by the method used to utilise the multi monitor setup, eg
I've used both Matrox & Nvidea Multi Monitor set up & neither caused this.

That's the way it is. It's the same here. Windows provides no way to
do what you (and I) want to do.

However, there are third-party solutions to do this. Here's one:

experience with this (or any other such program), and no opinion on
how good it is.
