Streaming video using Frontpage 2003

I am trying to place a Media Player window on one of my
web pages. I am using the Media Player plug-in for
Frontpage but it seems to download the whole MPG file
before it plays. I have the buffer set to 10 seconds in
the web page. How can I tune the web page to stream the
video instead? Do I need to convert the MPG to another
format?
