streaming audio

I can't get any streaming audio from any site to play. Have not used
streaming audio in a gew months but last time was not a problem....any
suggestions...Thanks
 
Bad connection, bad time of day, too much congestion on the line (website).
Try at a different time and see if it changes.
 
Thanks for the response. I have tried a few different sites and nothing.
The pop-up window will appear but no streaming audio. I have even tried some
of the local am stations that have streaming audio and listened to make sure
they were not in commercial but no luck. I have probably tried 10 different
sites..using broadband cable..connection great...I cant figure this one out

You posted this same question yesterday. Did you not get any responses
or are you just having a problem finding them. If the latter search for
them using google groups advanced search looking in this newsgroup,
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general and search on your name.

In the future use a newsreader to access this newsgroup. The web
interface you've used is awful. XP comes with a newsreader, outlook
express. Here is a link to information on how to set up OE for
newsgroup access:
