Stream an AVI just like a webcam ("fake webcam" as video-source)

Does anyone know about fake webcam from www.fakewebcam.com ?

It stream avi and other movie/video file over instant messenger webcams
just like an actual webcam. Its seem to me that its a webcam emulator
or some kinda virtual webcam which let you pretend that you have
webcam.
 
Its pretty good.
There are two version of fake webcam. one is for windows 98 and other
is for windows XP. Windows XP one has preview, rewind, forward
facility. I think thats the only difference. I have used softcam too
but it isnt as good as this one plus this one is cheap.
