strange table message upon closing

I have a split, secured, multi user Access DB. Recently, our network admin
added the db to our Novell App Launcher and ever since, when closing the
file, I get a message "Table 'TempMSysAccessObjects' already exists". I just
click OK and the DB compacts and closes normally. I am wondering where this
message came from and what it means. It only does it to the admin user.
