Strange problem

I have a large quantity of Excel files in my

c:\winnt\temp in my server

they all seem to start with some additional characters,
has anybody experienced this problem?

Hi Moiz-

I am not an Excel expert, but it is likely that these are the working files
for the Excel application. It creates temporary files as 'workspaces' for
files in use.
