Strange problem with Visual Studio and Oracle

When I use query builder connected to Oracle 90i and I use views instead of
the table in the query builder design grid I get "Data type is not
supported"

However If I use the same exact query and connection in the code behind of
aspx page or SQL Plus it works fine.


Any ideas?

What kind of connection object do you use? OledbConnection,
odbcConnection OracleConnection?
I never had trouble with oledb.
