Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET 10.1.0.4.0

Hi
I have tried to install the plug-in tool for Oracle. I just ran the
ODT10104.exe file. But when I open Visual Studio .NET 2003 I cant se the
Oracle-window in the View menu... what can be wrong?
