Strange popup on desktop

lately a strange popup has been appearing as soon as I
turn on my computer. I have no idea where it came from,
or how to get rid of it. It says
[.shellclassinfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%systemroot%\system32/shell32.dll,-
21787
Can someone please tell me what it is, and how to get rid
of it. TIA Eleanor Ferrari
