Strange Outlook

Goodmorning,

I have a problem: on inbox in outlook 2003 I can see 4 messages come to my
box but outlook 2003 let me see only 3. And when I use OWA I can see all
messages. Caon anyone help me about it ?

Is this your own mailbox or an additional mailbox
Do you perhaps have a filter applied to your view?
To reset your view use;
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> Reset Current View

it's not my own mailbox and there is not filter beacuse I have already check

Then those messages must have been marked as private and you do not have
permissions to them unless the owner of that mailbox specifically give you
permission to see private items as well.
