The ONLY impact should be internal and the ONLY settings should be within
your settings.
It is under the sound applet in the control panel (you were in the right
place) and is actually under Windows Explorer. It is either Start Navigation
or Complete Navigation normally. If this is NOT the case then, well, I don't
know but it's technically improbably as impossible is not possible.
