Strange Inability to Connect to Web Site

Hi, folks. This may be more of a shot in the dark than anything
else--but if you understand code well, you might be able to help.

Since upgrading my Compaq Presario Pentium III to run Win2K, I have
been strangely unable to connect to any of the valuable parts of
Streamaudio.com , a site that transmits streaming audio from various
broadcast systems across the Internet. Though I can pick a station to
listen to, and can maneuver across frames in their home page, the act
of clicking on a particular listening link results in the same "cannot
find server" message that one would expect if the Internet were totally
down. Then, when I try to reach Streamaudio's technical support via
the Web form method, I get a lengthy error message that I cannot
interpret.

Since my system has just been updated, I've not yet installed popup
blocking software from any antivirus or antispyware provider. Nor am I
running the Yahoo! or Google toolbars. I do have Java Runtime
Environment 5.0.9, Windows Media Player 9 Series, and Adobe Flash
Player. My browser is IE 6. I have installed all the optional and
requisite updates Microsoft offers, including Microsoft.net Framework
2.0--(I figured this might help). Here is the complex error message I
received last time; any help would be greatly appreciated.
