I just spent the day cleaning my friends computer of all
kinds of Spyware and Viruses. If it was out there seemed
like he had it. One thing still bugs me. I didn't get a
good chance to review it throughly, but he has six
folders under is C drive the folder names are numbers -
long numbers almost like registry keys. Each folder has
a sub folder named SP2 & in those folders are a MS
Installer & pundunt something. They just don't look
right to me. Any ideas how I can find out what these
are? Running XP IE6 SP1. TIA - Please let me know if you
need more info & I will take a closer look.

Thanks, that was my first thought. I don't think SP2 is
installed, but I will double check. Do you think I can
safely delete them as long as it's not installed? It is
just so obvious the folders don't belong where they are
located.
