strange fall-back page

Hi,
Sometimes when my microsoft internet explorer cannot find
a page quickly enough, instead of displaying the standard
error message (that contains hints, such as possibly
offline, etc), it displays the page www.perfectnav.com/
How can I delete this page? I just want the error page,
and not this strange "fall back" page (it also appears as
if explorer stops trying to find the right page quicker
because of this fall-back page)...

Anyone?
