Strange Error Message after closing MS Outlook 2002

Hello,

I'm running "Windows XP Home" Operating System on my Compaq 2.5 MHz Celeron
Desktop with 512 MB RAM.

I installed MS Office Professional 2000 on this computer.

Then I purchased a Viewsonic V35 Pocket PC and got the Pocket PC 2003
upgrade which included an MS Outlook upgrade to Outlook 2002, which I also
installed.

Now, whenever I close Outlook 2002, I get an eror message saying that
Microsoft is sorry, but they will have to close Outlook (actually, I just
closed it myself) and do I want to send an error report to Microsoft.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I haven't a clue. Have you tried the Office update site (go to Win update;
look)?
