STRANGE COMPUTER STOP

i have a strange problem...(all problems posted here are starnge , I know !)
---- my pc cofiguration is this : ------
before the fresh clear installation of XP (that i use now ) i had an other
one same version (sevicepack1) with the same ADSL modem , same HD(IDE) but
different MAINBOARD and processor which worked perfect.I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT
ALL.IN the new configuration I KEPT the mentioned HD(ide) and added the new
SATA , new M/B, new CPU .
i used the same winXP pro cd with SP1 and the disk is a WD 200GB
(partitioned or not keeps stoping ).after this i experienced the following
problem:
OK, on my PC i have two hard disks one SATA and one simple IDE .both HDs
work good. i can move copy or access anything on both etc. the problems
occurs when i am "internet connected".the story goes like this:i have to copy
or move a folder or a big file that takes more than 4-5 seconds to complete
to my IDE HD ( note that the problem happens only if i ADD data to that disk
and NOT to the SATA ) .after the adding data job has started ( until it is
finished even if it takes a minute or an hour) if i connect to the internet
then sudenly just few moments after i press "connect" the system stops and
the well known blue screen appears.if there's no ADDING activity to that disk
and during internet connection , nothing happens.
my connection works well , on 1MB, my IDE HD works well , i have disabled my
firewall or antivirus software , i have formated the disk and checked for
errors , but when i am connected and trying to ADD something to the disk or
ADDING something and then press the connect button on my dialup the PC just
stops. THis happens only on that disk and only if i add something.the info i
can read on the blue screen are below:

note that i have read a post about USB 2.0 and wrong ADSL modem drivers.
WELL i installed XPservice pack 2 (till now i had SP1).
i hoped i had solve the problem but the same problem hapens , exactly as
before:
ONLY WHEN I ADD FILES TO THE IDE HD DURING A LIVE INTERNET CONNECTION but
now i have different info on the blue screen after the computer stops :

this is not a very serious problem, i can say that it's a little bit "
inconvinient " since i dont use my IDE hd during an internet connection
but i'm still looking for help as anyone would do to solve this problem
any ideas will be welcome
thanks mario.

A hardware failure has occurred due to a bad physical address found in
a hardware data structure. This is not due to a driver bug.
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms797153.aspx

What is the make and model of the drive?

I would try HD Tune (freeware).
Download and run it and see what it turns up.
http://www.hdtune.com/

Select the Info tabs and place the cursor on the drive under Drive
letter and then double click the two page icon ( copy to Clipboard )
and copy into a further message.

Select the Health tab and then double click the two page icon ( copy
to Clipboard ) and copy into a further message. Also do a full surface
scan with HD Tune.

Hope this helps.
