Strange charaters appear

When I load a few pages at a site,
www.loftsunlimited.com, strange characters appear (e.g.
an apostrophe shows up as â?T). No one else I know of has
the same problem (I'm using XP Pro, IE
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633). When I refresh, the
issue goes away. But if I navigate to another part of the
site then come back to that page, the odd characters show
up again (until I refresh).

What is going on? What can I do to fix?

May be the developer of the Site has not defined the used Characterset
in the metatags and uses a non common one. Your browser may use a
different one which displays some special characters different.
Just an Idea!
I'got the problem between Frontpage and Mozilla.
