Strange Browser Redirect...HELP!

[Confused!]

Every time I type a URL(www.whatever.com) into the
address bar, it takes me to C:\searchpage.html, which
isn't anywhere on my computer, so I get the DNS error
page.

I can do the "ctrl+enter" trick, but I'd like to be able
to type my URLs into my address bar and have them work.

I've scanned my BHOs (with BHO demon) and there aren't
any odd BHOs on there, so it can't be that...

Anyone have any other ideas???
