I have created a database for my father who works in another country,
everytime he wants something updated, he needs to e-mail me the whole file,
which is getting quite big now. I know I can store the data separately and
only download the forms, reports and queries, but I haven't done this before
so would be greatfull for any advice, pitfalls etc.

Also is there a way of creating a file that will automaically update the
existing file every time I send it back to him so he doesnt end up with lots
of versions.

Any advice would be greatfully received

Thanks
