Stored Usernames

Hi, I can't get Windows to delete previously stored usernames for websites or
MSN etc. I have IE7 and have turned the autocomplete on and off and deleted
saved forms etc but there are still usernames stored. PLEASE HELP
 
Go to Internet Option, click on Content tab, Auto Complete check off all the
the option, that should do it.
