STOPPING THE SPAM

i foolishly replied to a question here using my work
email, im now being bombarded with all stupid emails with
a virus attached

how do i stop this? we've blocked the virus itself but not
the annoying emails that keep coming through, somtimes 20-
30 a day

ive been using my work email and had no problems at all!!

surely on the microsoft site we shouldnt have to worry
bout spam?

The Microsoft hosted newsgroups can be scoured just like any other
newsgroup.
