Stopping that security warning

I've got an application that's supposed to be able to allow the users to
email people directly from the application.

The idea being that the user has a list of support calls, selects one to
view the details in the details form and then clicks on a button on that form
to create an email response to the customer that raised the call. The
contents of the email would then be added as a note to the support call in
the database when it gets sent.

I'm getting that security message each time that an email is sent (i.e the
one that starts with 'A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook'). I understand why such a message has been added, but what
would be the best way if any of sending the emails from the application so
that this message does not appear? Using Redemption would probably be out of
the question since I doubt that the company would be willing to pay for it to
use it commercially. I would also prefer to allow them to see the standard
mail item window when they write the message if at all possible, and include
the signature that they would normally have in emails. Is this possible?
