Stopping IIS through MSI

Hi,
I have used the Sevices table for stopping the IIS service
during installation. However Most of the time it doesn't
stop at all. It stays indefinitely saying "Stopping
services...".

However when I do the IIS Stop/Reset through the command
prompt, the installer immeidiately takes further,
continues the installation.

Any idea and fix for this issue. I've tried this on Win2K
Professional as well as on server. And using Windows
Installer 2.0
 
I have seen this happening sometimes. The workaround was to call "Net Stop
IISAdmin /y" or net stop w3svc /y before the StopServices action
