Stopping F8 Menu on Startup

I was wondering if there was a way to change the boot menu
screen key (F8) to something else? I am trying to prevent
students from performing "alternate booting" on machines in
our school. The machines are all windows 200 professional.

Further SPs and other fixes may bring in a new NTLDR. You have to redo
the procedure in this case.
