Stopping automatically saving email adresses to my contacts?

How do I stop saving email addressses to my contacts automatically? I
want to manually do it. Is there an option for that. I cant seem to
find it.

Outlook doesn't do that. What evidence do you have that it is? What
version of Outlook?
