Stopping a scheduled task

I can't figure out how to run a task, daily, for a specified amount of time.
The whole advanced scheduling section doesn't seem to allow me to do that. I
have a Powerpoint I want to start running a 8:00am and then quit at 12:00am,
every day except Saturday and Sunday.
Thanks.

I assume the presentation has a limited run time ? so set the task to run
every ** minutes between 8 am and 12am
(presentation runs for 10min ...set task to run every 11-12 mins)

Powerpoint presentation can be set to "loop" can't it? then start the task
@ 8am and let it loop until ...."stop task if it runs for * hours" (4hrs)

8 a.m. to 12 a.m. is 16 hours, not 4 hours :)
