stopping a program from starting up

how do i stop the magnify program from starting up when i turn on my computer?

There are a couple of places to check: Check your Startup folder (the
one under your username) or run "msconfig" (Start Orb - Run) and see if
it's listed in the "Startup" tab. It's more likely in the Startup folder.

Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier to see, uncheck
turn on Magnifier
