stop sending original message as an attachment in Outlook

When I use Outlook to reply to an email, it incorporates the original message
as an attachment in the reply. How do I chnage this setting?

In Outlook 2003 go Tools, Options, E-Mail Options then

use the On Replies and Forwards drop-down menus to
select "Do Not Include Original Message".
