I am trying to enter 16 digit numbers into a column but the program is
rounding the last digit to a zero. How do I stop it from rounding the
last digit? HELP!!!

Since you're probably entering a credit card or similar number that you
will never do math on, either preformat the cell as text or prefix it
with an apostrophe (') when you enter it.

XL's precision is 15 decimal digits, so if you need to do math on it,
you'll either need to use a different application, or get one of the
commercial add-ins that extend XL's precision.

Format the cells as text or precede the entry with an apostrophe. You cannot
enter numerical values with greater than 15 digit accuracy as they will be
rounded, as you have seen.

I believe you are out of luck. From the Excel Help file:

Excel stores and calculates with 15 significant digits of precision.
