If you did some research into STOP errors you can see it tells you the
problem is with the file
named "gisdupup.sys" , this may be a program that you may have recently
installed,

Press F8 at start up and choose safe mode, once you have booted up search
for the file named "gisdupup.sys" if it resides in c:\winnt\system then its
probably a driver, rename the file to "gisdupup.old" , close down and reboot
back into normal mode, now check your programs and see which one doesn't
work correctly and there you go, uninstall it and if you have paid for it
then contact the manufacturer.
