Stop Excel from automatically opening the last file

When I open Excel, it automatically open the last file I worked in. How do I
make this stop. I am using Office 2007. Thanks.
 
Check the below option in 2007.

Office Button>Excel Options>Advanced>General>'At startup open all files in'
