Go into the event viewer in your admin tools in control
panel and open up the three logs one at a time and look
for any red Xs that correspond to the time this happened.
Double click the red X and you will get a details screen.
This will assist you in finding out what driver caused the
problem and then you need to uninstall and reinstall the
driver. Preferably with the latest XP driver from the
manufacturer. Keep smiling.
