okay im reaching out becuase after 2 days of research and
about 3 hours of looking through microsoft's knowledge
base on the stop code (0x0000007c) and trying everything
in there, I am still recieveing errors and cannot log
into windows.
Steps I've taken,
1)Repair option on the WinXP CD.
2)Changing IDE ribbon.
3)Removing all non-essential PCI devices.
4)Disabling all cache options in BIOS.
5)Partitioning and formatting the drive.
6)and finally, I placed the hard drive in another
computer, installed XP, transfered the HD to the original
computer and still nothing.
Any ideas will be grateful.
