stop error

getting stop: 0x0000000A (0x0000ee7e, another, another)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
ADDRESS 8042b40b........, DateStamp 3d362a77 - ntoskrnl.exe

have not added hardware or software or made in changes on
machine...error occurs whether trying to go into safe mode
or anything else too - can't get past it!
