Stop error in Ndis.sys for Win2K

Hello, I'm having a problem with my Ndis driver in Windows 2000. Whenever I
upload files through an IRC Fserve or download large files at high speeds, I
get a blue screen with the STOP error 0x000000D1 (0x00000212, 0x00000002,
0x00000000, 0xBFE9CC10)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Adress BFE9CC10 base at BFE92000. Ndis.sys.

Any help in solving his problem would be greatly appreciated.

There are several KBs that point to service pack installation being a good
start. I would also make sure that you have the latest NIC software for the
machine in question. Check your system event logs for events 9, 11, and
15's to make sure that the NIC is not going bad as well.
