stop error help

I received the following error IRQL_Not_Less_or_equal 0x0000000a,
0xffffffe8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8o4da07f. Can't boot computer at all
system error restarts only can use directory services wont let me boot into
normal mode!!!!!????
Please help me!
