Stop error - HELP! WinXP

I recently have had problems with the computer and I reformatted and
reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition to try and fix them (because I couldn't
figure out the problem). Anyway now I'm occassionally getting stop errors
when I boot up. It says the following:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0x0000000A (0x000000C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804EA2D2)

Anyone know what this means?
