Stop Error: Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

every now and then I will be working and all of a suddent I will get a stop
error message:

Stop 0x000000D1, 0xBD5838A8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xEB77C2AA
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Address EB77C2AA based at EB778000
Date Stamp 3D5842B4 RNDISMPK.SYS
Beginning of Dump of Physical Memory


Does anyone know what would cause this? How it can be resolved?

NDIS refers to network driver. Did you install a new driver for your
network card?

No I didn't,

I'm not on a network, this is a stand alone home workstation running
Win2K, and a Westell 2200 DSL Modem if that helps.
