Stop Error After Imaging with SP2

I'm putting an image down on a PC that is slightly different but uses the
same HAL file as the original. The image I created with SP1 works with no
problem. The image I created with SP2 Blue screen "Stop your computer was
shut down to prevent damage ..... "

Any ideas why SP2 would break my image?
