STOP error 4E in Windows Setup

Having an annoying problem. I recently deployed Windows
XP Pro to around 120 stations. Had some minor problems
but nothing to serious. However there is one PC which has
exactly the same spec as all the others that just won't
allow Windows to be installed. At around 5% of the
installation I get a "STOP 4E" error message. I've had a
look through the MS Knowledge base but to no avail. Does
anyone here have any idea's as to why this is happening?
The PC is a Compaq Deskpro EN, PIII 733, 60gb hdd, 256mb
RAM.

Although this article applies to NT, it may be relevant here since it simply
indicates the cause to be faulty RAM.
