Stop email from being moved to System Cleanup folder?

Emails are being moved from my Inbox to a folder called System Cleanup
folder. How do I prevent this?

Depends on the software that you installed that integrated itself into
Outlook to perform that cleanup. Maybe you defined a rule to move old
mails.
