stop code 0x00000050

i recieved the stop code 0x00000050 and it said that i
may have a problem with the win32.sys file, and also
address bf876f40 base at bf800000, datestamp 3f73195d.
can anyone tell me what it means and how i would repair
the win32.sys file if there is someting wrong

No reference to win32.sys file.

Have you run a virus scan?
