stop adding a contact when emailing or replying

I am using Office Outlook 2007 and I don't want the person I am emailing to
be added in my contacts in my address book. Looking for step by step please.

Outlook doesn't do this unless you have a third-party add-in. Maybe you are
thinking of the Autocomplete cache, which is completely separate from your
Contacts folder...
 
Outlook does not and cannot do this.
Looking for your step by step evidence that made you think it does.
