Stop access to other computers

Dear All
our user support team added to local admin group on all PCs in the company
by using. I'm looking for stop the access to other computers from run window
(i.e. when we click start and then click run. type in run window \\PC name or
IP\C$). I want to restrict the access with such way to one user only within
user support team.
Is there a way to do that and what is the impact?
