stop 0xd1 after Auto Update

After Windows Auto Update, when opening media w/ WMP 9.0,
or surfing w/ IE6 I get a stop code 0x000000D1..."IRQL NOT
LESS OR EQUAL"...date stamp 3rf80945-symdns.sys

Uninstalled Norton Internet Security, but got same problem.
Can't find anything but instructions to download SP4 which
I have.

Fixed now, after a soundcard driver re-install. Got a blue
screen with it listed as the guilty code.
