The Nfsrdr.sys file may generate the preceding error
message while the SFU system is unloading.

NOTE: The fix that is described in this section is for
Windows Services for UNIX 2.0.

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it
is only intended to correct the problem that is described
in this article. Apply it only to computers that are
experiencing this specific problem.

To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product
Support Services to obtain

GET THIS AT ALL!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
 
You have to do what the article says..."Contact Microsoft" to obtain the fix.
Its free of charge.
